Case Presentation: The first case 68-year-old woman taking approximately 20,000 IU daily. On admission, laboratory tests showed elevated renal function parameters, hypercalcemia, and serum concentration. second was 71-year-old man intoxicated with half years earlier, as consequence the patient included chronic hemodialysis program. Because potentially reversible disease – signs tubulointerstitial nephritis persistent concentration, attempt withdrawal made, steroid therapy administered, without expected effect.
